This October, all of our officers attended the 2025 IFT Convention in Rosemont, Illinois - a key gathering of local-union leaders from across the state. At the convention, delegates came together to reconnect, highlight our union victories, and set IFT’s big-picture priorities for the next three years under the theme “Inspire. Fight. Transform.” We debated and voted on important resolutions, constitutional amendments, and elected new leadership for IFT - decisions that will shape the direction of our union going forward.
