The Grayslake Federation of Teachers exists to protect educators' rights, improve working conditions, and ensure that certified staff have a strong voice in District 46.
The GFT has helped secure meaningful improvements for our members, including paid new teacher orientation, conference improvements, enhanced leave provisions, lower class sizes, compensation for work outside contractual hours, and stronger support for educators throughout their careers.
